Can you make outdoor signs?
Yes. We do have thicker aluminum and plastic that will withstand weather, and a special ink that is cured onto the material to resist fading in the sun. We do not currently offer UV coating.

What is the thickness your stock materials?

• ALUMINUM: .025 gauge
• BRASS: .020 gauge
• STAINLESS STEEL: .18 gauge
• 2-PLY PLASTIC: 1/16" thick

Can you get special materials?
Yes.

• ALUMINUM: .020 -.080 gauge
• BRASS: .020 gauge
• STAINLESS STEEL: .18 -.029 gauge
• OTHER PLASTICS: 1/32" - 1/4" thick

Can you get different kinds of badge attachments than the ones shown here?
Yes. Please add five days to the production time if you need one of these additional backings.

Can you make plaques?
Yes. We can either make a screen-printed metal plate and adhere it to a wooden plaque, acrylic, sentra or screen directly onto the plaque. Our standard plaque sizes include 4" x 6", 6"x 8", 7"x 9", and 8"x 10". They can be aligned either horizontally or vertically, as each plaque has two slots for hanging.

We can also run a release program on your plaques, as needed, or attach 3-D forms to the plaques, such as gavels or die cast medallions. These must be supplied to us from another vendor.
