How many colors can you print on a badge?
We can screen print up to 6 colors on a badge, or we offer full color digital graphics on several different types of badges.

Can you print a photo onto a badge?
Yes!  We have multiple products that will allow this process: The Dallas, The Phoenix, The Washington or the Promo Badge.  Full color digital graphics allow us to print your picture perfect photo on these badges with digital personalization.  Consult factory for pricing to add pictures.

Are full color digital imprints available?
Yes!  The new Spectra family of products gives you full color digital imprint at a fraction of the cost of screen printing at most quantities.  Additionally, we offer sublimation on metals as well.

Are there any extra charges for special artwork?
In most cases, emailed color-separated artwork is perfectly acceptable.  Before we do any ‘charged’ work on your art, you will be notified.

Can you create a full color imprint  on PROMO BLOCKS©?
There are two options for Promo Blocks – we can either print spot colors on our standard Promo Blocks and Mini Promo Blocks or we can now print a full color decal for use on our Promo Blocks (to give the effect of full color Promo Blocks).

What colors can be printed on PROMO BLOCKS©?
We can print them in any stock or PMS color, but we recommend that you use white blocks only when printing with any colors other than white, gold, black, or silver. The colors of the blocks are very intense, and will make the imprinted colors shift, and in some cases, the imprint will not be easily seen. Some colors will work on yellow or silver blocks.
